Team Structure
Looking at the average of our employees, we are a young company - and we feel
young too. We have little hierarchy and live free of status
symbols. We simply enjoy working in a team to develop excellent
solutions for our clients.
Our teams are made up of at least two
employees of varying experience and qualifications.
The project assistant is responsible for
the direct handling of a project or assignment, and is supported in doing this by
their respective project coordinator. The collaboration between assistent and
coordinator is carried out as " training on the job" in a way which
ensures the greatest possible amount of in-house training. We give as much
responsibility as possible to the assistant to provide an independent and
challenging task.
The project coordinator is responsible
for the smooth runnning of an assignment and familiarising their assistant with
their tasks, which they oversee and check. The project coordinator maintains
direct contact with their clients regarding their assignment and agrees the
project's requirements and report with the appropriate manager.
The manager -
together with the responsible partner
- attends to a large amount of clients, maintaining ongoing contact. The
manager ist responsible for the planning, implementation and supervision of
several teams' work and coordinates their assignments. As a member of the
management team, each manager actively participates in the structure and
development of Pape & Co..
The quality of our customer care is central to the success of Pape
& Co. Each partner looks after their clients'
affairs independently and with personal responsibility, and is therefore a
business orientated confidante of every client. The partner is an advisor,
solves complex problems and decides on intricate areas of doubt within their
field of expertise. Together, the partners take responsibility for, and shape,
Pape & Co.. Futhermore, they develop strategies, identify tendencies and
face up to the constant changes in the market.
