Pape & Co. uses the TeamViewer-Software for Online-Meetings. |
Here we show what you need to do in order to either join a Pape & Co. Online-Meeting or to have a Pape & Co. employee remotely access your computer.
Online-Meeting
Joining an Online-Meeting meens to gain access to the computer of a Pape & Co. employee and to follow an Online-Meeting there. Usually you only need to follow the link that is provided in the e-mail that invites you to the online-meeting.Alternatively, you may also download Pape & Co. Teamviewer
"QuickJoin" from here, start the programm and indicate the
Meeting-ID that is provided by our employee to you.
(It takes about 15 seconds for the program to start.)
Remote Access
Remote Access means to accept that a Pape & Co. employee is remotely accessing your computer. In order to do this, you need to do what follows:
- Download Pape & Co. Teamviewer "QuickSupport"
and start the program.
(It takes about 15 seconds for the program to start.) - Tell the Pape & Co. employee the ID and Password the program is providing.
Please note that using the software above means that you accept that you will share online computer data with a Pape & Co. employee.
