„Since 2002, I have, as Managing Partner, been shaping the future and growth of Pape & Co. – the company that my father founded in 1975. Before that, I worked for one of the large international tax and auditing companies, where I learned my profession.

It inspires me every day to drive our company, to ideally position Pape & Co. from an entrepreneurial point of view and to always keep my finger on the pulse. At the same time, the human aspect and our clear, open approach are very important to me.

I consider myself to be the entrepreneurially-thinking confidant of our clients. I provide consultation, solve complex problems and resolve issues of doubt within my area of expertise. This applies to economic and tax questions, as well as to strategic advice on restructuring, acquisitions and sales of companies, changes of legal form, succession planning and much more.

My wife and I have three children and we live in Munich and the Chiemgau. My sports are typically Alpine, and include sailing, mountain biking and skiing.”
